My four year old had a cap and cleaning today, and in order for them to do this procedure they strapped my little girl from literally her head to her toes like a convicted felon. The nurse doing the procedure immediately strapped her down without having any sympathy that my little girl was scared. The front office staff was nice, but we do not recommend this dentist for pediatrics and will not be back.
My husband and I have been using Dr. McGough as our dentist for a number of years, starting in Overton and then to Longview when he moved. He has done a lot of dental work on both my husband and myself. I could not be more pleased with his work and office demeanor. I feel that he has always tried to do the best procedure called for at the time keeping in mind what my insurance would pay. I thank him for his services, all these years, and will continue seeing him when necessary.
Our boys have been going to McGough and McGough since they were infants and we have always been so amazed at how awesome their staff is! Would not change them for no one else!
Please keep up the great work ! Best dentist in Longview hands down ...!
I have had the blessing of working with both Dr. Rene and Dr. Chuck. They take wonderful care of their patients.
Every time I've stepped foot in the office they have over charged me! My daughter had a ton of dental work done that now I doubt she even needed after hearing from others it's seems like this office is only worried about getting your money! One of the staff very rudely told my 5 year old daughter who was a little afraid She was fine its not like she's dieing!!
