Service is slow and run out of ingredients for food.
Hands down the worst service I’ve ever had. 3 total tables and for some reason the waitstaff couldn’t be bothered to wait on us. Just kept disappearing and then popping back to tell us our food would be right out. Food took well over 40 minuets to get. Another 15 to get the check and for them to take my money.
The food is great, service is hit or miss; but worst of all, they have a big mice problem. Maybe credible sources have SEEN multiple mice right at the booths/tables. Can’t imagine what the kitchen must look like �
I’d stopped going to the Downtown McGiveney’s as the service was poor to inconsistent. Things like sitting down and waiting ten to fifteen minutes before being acknowledged, drinks being skipped, orders arriving incorrectly but the food was always decent so after a year of not going we decided to give it another try.
