Michael and his company out did themselves with amazing customer service. Even though we are in California and he is in Ohio we felt like we were working with a jeweler down the street. He held our hand though the entire process of a custom engagement and wedding ring, no questions was to small and the end product came out fantastic! The turnaround was quick and the prices fair.
