One piece of feedback- if waiting for 30 minutes in the chair, the Dr should acknowledge the wait. Doesn’t need to be over the top, but no acknowledgement suggests that the Dr.’s time is more important than the customer.

I was very grateful for the team squeezing me in on Monday when I experienced a broken tooth over the weekend. They filed the edges so it wouldn't scrape my cheek anymore and explained my options. I'm very thankful for their help!
They will take great care of you. The care you receive is truly top notch. I started going for just cleanings, now I've done braces, & veneers, whitening. Never was I pressured to do these things. These are things that, I've wanted to do for a long time but never felt comfortable with other dentists. Everyone there has been there a long time, a testament to the management there.
