I had an dental emergency and though I was not a patient at the time, they were able to fit me into their schedule. They got my situation under control then referred me to an oral surgeon. I will be going back as a new patient and am sure I will be be well cared for.
Everyone I work with was very cordial and professional. I felt more than welcome.
The only thing that could be improved is changing appointment times at the last minute. I myself, family members and friends all have received calls the day before our appointment asking us to come in later or earlier. I understand this will happen some of the time but it seems to be a reoccurring issue. It makes it difficult to change babysitting times and/or time off work when the appointment times get changed on such short notice.
