I was given a prescription for an antibiotic. After one day I could not take the prescription because of severe diarrhea. I called to see if I should have a prescription for a different antibiotic. I was diagnosed over the phone by a clerk who obviously does not have medical training. She told me that she would talk to Dr. Schmidt and unless I heard back from her (the clerk) that I was just to keep my appointment next week. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit!I really liked Soumaly and have really enjoyed having her work with my teeth the last 2 times I've been.
As always, Julie did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. She fully explained what she was doing and why she was doing it.
From all three ladies at the front to Sumilee and Dr. Schmidt as well as time with Doc McGinty sharing conversation after the appointment, all was great. My compliments!
Everyone is always great. Unfortunately, I chipped the bonding in about 2 hours, so I will be coming back. I refer people to y'all all the time.
Jennifer, Julie, Dr. McGinty and the whole team were welcoming and wonderful. Being greeted by Brogan was so sweet. My daughter asked about him for the rest of the day. Julie did my x-Rays and cleaning. She was very thorough in explaining everything she was doing and what she was seeing. Dr. McGinty assessed my issues and gave me options of what I could do next. Great experience... Excited to bring the rest of my family here as new patients.
Julie did a great job explaining things to me. Was very nice, yet very efficient and I felt the cleaning went quickly.
I've never felt more comfortable in the dentist's chair! My last appt. was 3 hours and I was perfectly comfortable, watched a movie, felt no pain--except for that first needle stick, but Dr. Schmidt is a pro. Very happy with the modern office and the friendliness and skill of the staff.
