Upon arrival, approached receptionist who was on the phone. Waited a minute, no acknowledgment, so sat down. When off the phone, still no acknowledgement. Perhaps all patients would feel better when acknowledged, even a, "I'll be with you in a moment".
Chrystal B is a wizard! I can't believe she was able to get my old night guard to fit over the bridge. It wasn't easy; and I may still need a new one eventually. But she worked "magic". Always friendly and professional staff. I will continue to refer to you. :-)
Really appreciated the time spent, and care received. Dr McGinty was very thorough and clearly explained what is happening with my teeth. Crystal was knowledgeable and personable. She kept things moving along, making sure I was doing ok from beginning to end. Thank you
