Just wanted to give praise where it is due. I came in for a bridge & only had to wait about 5 minutes in the waiting room, Kari called me back & i really lucked out because that girl had personality which I appreciate and you can tell she enjoys her job, she & the doctor worked well together during the procedure. Dr McGilvray did a great job numbing my mouth as I did not even feel a needle whatsoever.While he was giving me a shot Kari was rubbing my shoulder which I was very appreciative of, she was genuine.
