Everyone was really nice .and took care of me.filling out forms to cleaning my teeth.also followed cdc guidelines.i look forward to having my dental needs to care of by them.
Even during COVID, appointment was on time, staff was friendly and professional, as always, and Dr. McGilvray was on top of things and gave me options for going forward. Going to the dentist is not always on the top of people's list of things to do, but I look forward to my visits.
The whole staff was extremely helpful and skilled! They helped me set up a care credit card to help with my payment and get my tooth fixed the same day as my appointment for my check up.
most of the time people do feed back when their experience is bad... i have been going to McGivray for almost 20yrs now. He does not try to get me to do procedures that are not necessary. i feel confident when he tells me i need something done, that i need it done. He listens to me when i tell him my symptoms. He makes me feel like I was part of the decision making process. i will continue to go to him once I retire even though he is 30 miles from where I live. i originally started going to him because he is by my employment... read more
Excellent Customer Service. Made me feel very comfortable. Just nice and friendly and very professional.
My Mother and I were received in a very professional and friendly manner. Trish was very nice and informative regarding the Covid 19 protocol. Christy was very nice and was my hygienist and did a very good job. Donnna was very kind and thorough with my Mother, who is an 85 years old. Of course we were both happy with Dr. McGilvary. He was very friendly, professional and established an acceptable plan of care for my Mom. Looking forward to our next visit.
I received excellent and professional services as I have, fortunately, come to expect from the doctor to the staff of McGilvray Dental. Thank you all for seeing me so quickly and for being so respectful of using masks, social distancing and protocols so important at this time due to Covid-19.
Called as a new patient, got in the same day, got diagnosed right away and he did not try to say I had a hundred other things wrong. The staff was super friendly and he dealt with the tooth that was the problem. I would highly recommend this office.
