I just bought a 2020 Nissan Altima SR from Tanna! Tanna and the team at McGavock are awesome! They get you everything you want and get you in quickly without having to wait at the dealership all day to get approved! This was the best car shopping experience ever!
The Service Department is absolutely wonderful.. I was frazzled and upset from blowing a tire on the highway but they helped me get back on the road in no time! They fixed my tire quickly and even washed my car at no extra cost to me. Sending a huge thank you to them for making a bad Monday morning better!
Took my car in for an oil change on 12-5-19. Drove it twice thinking everything was fine. Get home tonight and there is smoke everywhere and oil everywhere in my garage. Look under the hood and there is oil all over my engine and everywhere. Pics attached. The oil cap was left off and stuck under a piece of the frame. So now I have no oil in my car after trusting them to change it and take care of my car. Hope Nissan makes this right.
Samantha went above and beyond to help me get into my new Titan which I am loving! Even when I had a little hiccup after leaving the lot Samantha and her team took care of the problem right away. Customer service is a big deal when it comes to buying anything but especially when making a large purchase and the folks at mcgavovk Nissan made it easy. Will recommend forsure!
