The mechanics have alway been very nice. However the people you go inside and pay for your service/ parts have been terrible lately. A few months ago went in to pick up my car and they lost my keys and had to call their manager who was gone. I went today March 7 at 2:55pm to pay for my engine filter change and pick up my car, and got treated horribly. I knew they were about to close, but it takes two minutes to pay and pick up a car.
