I honestly cannot say enough great things about Clark Nissan in Abilene! First and foremost the display of outdoor vehicles is truly impressive and unlike what you'd see at other local dealers. You can tell people travel from all over to get the best deals, often provided by an ever so helpful sales associate Dennis! To keep it short and sweet, the service was very good and the staff were very professional .
Purchased a used vehicle last Nov 2024 - didn’t get the title moved over until May/june 2025. Tried to trade in during that time and I was declined to trade in. They did not want the vehicle back on the lot, the amount of issues (now mechanical) I’m having with this vehicle is crazy. I definitely let my guard down and wanted a nice vehicle but wouldn’t suggest this lot. Curly sold me a car knowing it had lots of complications. Did not have a good experience with these guys. 1. Attitude issues from sales. 2. Manager telling a paying customer todo math yourself is the QUICKEST way to push business away. For a SMOOTH and simple professional transaction go see Kyle over at Kia of Abilene those guys stayed till 10:30 pm to close and sell a vehicle. I hope no one else has an experience like I did.
