Do not take your vehicle to Mcgavock for service. I had my car at Nissan for a week. They never call you for updates and when I was told it was ready I got there and still waited another 30min. They gave me my car and the engine light was still on. I was told it’s fine and bring the car back to have the light cleared tomorrow because they were closing. I drove away and the engine jolted, so I had to be towed back to them. I was told the next day that they forgot to hook up the mass airflow sensor *which can cause serious eng... read more

The dealership with Uumph! The have a unique understanding of the customers, need. They are respectful, delightful at customer appreciation, and they possess a purposeful drive for customer satisfaction. Don’t stop now McGavock Nissan. You’re doing it right.
We paid cash for a Jute in June. It's August and we still can't get our tags, although, of course, they are paid for. Every time we call, it's "maybe next week". An extension isn't satisfactory since the car is needed for an upcoming driving test. I don't know what to do to get our tags as McGavock is indicating they don't care when we call. Pretty disappointing customer service.
Samantha was and is a wonderful lady to work with. We had our purchase of an Armada done via text and in less than an hour. Every part of the process has been easy. We appreciate the experience and love the new suv.

McGavock just lost a dedicated customer and a sale of a new vehicle. We have a Titan that we have already had in the shop a couple of times for A/C issues. Last time we had to carry it in was for check engine and power issues. They tried to push us off and say they didn’t have time but a boss was there and made them take it. We went up there this morning for A/C issues AGAIN, a recall notice that we received on the EGR system and the back doors started leaking at the car wash. They have once again put us off. I haven’t purchased the Murano of my dreams yet, but I’ve found Joseph Solven, who is an extremely knowledgeable salesperson but also a truly, genuinely nice person. I initially met Joseph when my grandson was hoping to buy a Nissan for when he started driving. When I thought I might purchase a new car, I remembered how pleasant our dealings had been with Joseph. So I called him up and made an appointment. Even though I decided against buying right then ( it was the end of May 2020), I will be Joseph’s customer for life!
