The team leader joy from the jersey city area is very unprofessional, she put her hands on me today and I am a client there. I cannot get ahold of anyone to report this to. She overstepped her boundaries by getting physical with a client. I have left messages so hopefully someone can contact me soon . Joy the team leader of mount Carmel guild over stepped her boundaries and grabbed my wrist so hard that I felt like I was starting to lose feeling of my arm. ( losing circulation ) she should be fired .
The team lead plays favorites with clients. She also kicked me out of the program claiming she was uncomfortable with me being there saying I yelled at her over the kitchen keys when clients do not have access to the kitchen keys.
