The worst experience EVER! Why should the buyer have to reach out to the seller for updates of when to pick up their newly purchased vehicle? I paid you, remember. I wish I gave my money to any other dealership on this planet than this one. Better yet, scheduled (myself proactively) time to come in and get my spare key( mind you they knew I traveled far for this), I checked in with the seller multiple times to confirm date and time..
