I bought a used car. Not the worst experience but could have been better. I was expecting to pick it up with a full tank of gas however, I had about 80 miles to empty. I didn’t feel as if that was a huge deal compared to the fact they messed up the tax on the buyers order and then called me half an hour before showing up to “compromise” with me. Bought a car and got a complete run around to get the promised work done for the purchase. When they finally took the vehicle in on the WE OWE, a month they had the car and I still haven’t got it back. The work was a detail, removing over spray on the bumper and removing a quarter sized dent and two 1/4 inch scratches.

My experience with Circle Hyundai has been very positive. The salesperson I have been dealing with for the last year or so (Mona) has been excellent. She has gone out of her way to ensure my complete satisfaction. She has always been there to assist me with any issue I may encounter. Always returns my calls or emails in a very timely fashion. Would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Hyundai vehicle.

It took 3 trips to purchase vehicle, had 3 scheduled visits and something was wrong the first two trips. We were over an hour and a half away. After purchasing a vehicle, the check engine light came on the next morning.
