This is, without a doubt, the best experience one could hope for when in search of a new or used car.The moment we arrived, instead of being "attacked" by a swarm of sales people, we were warmly greeted by Chu Lassor, who encouraged us to take our time and look around and that she would be right there, should we have any questions. I referred two people here after getting my car after being promised a referral fee. Eric and the financing manager promised me and my friend if we were able to help them sell more cars then we’ll receive a fee. My friend and I did just that. They sold two cars to people we know! Who we referred! Eric calls my friend and tell her to come get her money just for her to arrive there and nothing! Even after two weeks has passed, we received nothing. I really appreciated Robert’s approach; he was respectful, helpful, and most importantly to me, he was no-pressure. I’m 67 and I’ve been through the buying a new car “dance” many, many times. This was my best new car buying experience, by far, thanks to Robert (and actually everyone else I met at Northtowne). Best experience I've had with a dealership and salesman. Adam was very personable and knowledgeable about the car. He was very upfront, honest, and wasn't shady like you typically expect from a salesman. The process was incredibly smooth and I received an even lower price than expected. Highly recommend coming to Northtowne Hyundai and buying a car from Adam!

Aamir Khan did an outstanding job helping us with a new car purchase. The color we wanted wasn't available at the Earnhardt dealership, so he reached out to other dealerships and finally located one. The dealership then sent a staff person to pick it up 129 miles away. Aamir did an excellent job keeping us posted every step of the way through the whole process. Thank you, Aamir.

Had an awesome experience buying a car for my daughters thanks to Greg Pappas. Super personable, gave us a great deal, and made the whole process really smooth. While we waited on banking and paperwork, he kept us entertained with great stories and pointed us to some solid local food spots (Street in Portsmouth in a must!). Solid dad-joke energy, super patient, and engaging. Honestly? I’d buy another car just to hang out with him again. 10/10, would recommend Greg for your next car AND restaurant tips!
