Frank was very good at diagnosing the problems. Offering a loaner car. My experience with frank and Bennett has been very positive.
The lug nuts were not tightened. The ride was rough. I had to return to the service place to get them tightened. Why would Hyundai risk my safety? I would like a discount on my next repair there. Thanks!

I have had Tyler Busell as my Service Advisor since December 2023. He is an excellent communicator, friendly and knowledgeable. Many thanks for having employees like Tyler in the service department.
