Alice was kind and respectful. She listened to all my concerns and explained her thinking on things, including diagnostic criteria and how I fit into it/or didn't. She seemed to genuinely care :)
From the very first person I spoke with, I felt like I was being treated as a nuisance rather than someone seeking help. I was transferred, and the next person I spoke with had a similar attitude and gave me misinformation.
