I stopped in without an appointment and everyone was friendly and they took care of my jeep right then. It was quick and easy and the business was clean. I'd definitely go there again.
Super friendly staff, and even better repair service! Recently dropped off my Cruze to have a dent and my side view mirror replaced this week. They quoted me 3 days and it was 3 days on the dot! What I picked up exceeded my expectations! Wonderful paint job, and my car was so clean, I initially didn't think it was mine until I hit the unlock button. UPDATE #1: Turns out the work done wasn't so great after all and has now lead to more problems. Pitty the warranty you gave me has expired, yet you now offer lifetime warranties. Go figure! My car had bumper damage I dropped it off Tuesday, I was able to pick it up today (Thursday)! They had my car done and back fast! They even vacuumed the inside and dusted my dash and washed the outside! I was given a free loaner car for the two days! They went above and beyond and the work was great! Thanks Mcfalls! Staff was very friendly as well!
