Picked my Jeep up today. Cannot even explain the expert work. But their customer service goes way beyond excellent. My Jeep is pretty much brand new. From the owner. Right down to the personnel. I was treated very good. I hope I don’t have to go back in the future with any vehicle 😂. But if so. I know who to trust.
they are scammers liars! They don't even know how to put a bumper on properly and willing to let it leave their shop when they see the issue! The loaners are all scary! Scott is a very opinionated person and will blame you for their screw up! They use after market parts and tell you they are actual manufactures parts! when caught up in their lies they get angry!
Let me start by saying I may have some of the highest standards know to man based on years working in the car rental industry and seeing many different body shops in many different areas. I not only recommend this local family business but I also have my personal cars worked on their when I have a need. Do you need paint or body work? I highly recommend these guys. Great service. Friendly staff.
Don’t use this company for repairs. I was quoted $250.00 to straighten the frame of my sons car by the owner. The manger would not honor the quote! I had to call to find out if the car was done and then they charged me $400.00 without even calling me to inform me of the price change. The hood line still wasn’t completely straight when they finished.
Jim McFall and his staff are the best! Not only did he get my van fixed fast, he delivered it to my house. they will always have my business and will recommend them to everyone I know.
