OUTSTANDING!!!! I personally live in Tennessee, was rear ended in Florida over the holidays, and was traveling in Michigan...McFall's Collision got me in for repairs, worked well with the insurance company, did an outstanding job on my SUV, and I met this incredible family who know how to treat their customers!!! Thank you for turning a not so happy experience on the road into a wonderful experience of new friendships!!

We take all our vehicles to McFall's. The customer service is wonderful. The staff is amazing. They will take care of the little scratches, and the big oops. Fresh coffee every morning. They girls are very accommodating, when I get out of work the same time they close, one of them offered to stay until I got there to pick up my truck. Over and above customer service.
My repairs were completed quickly, everyone was so friendly and accommodating. My car was clean, beautiful, and smelled great when I picked it up!
Took my car in due to a road paint spill, they did a great job! Very friendly and easy to deal with. Thanks
Long story short... I took my car to the dealer for the door ajar light being on all the time. They wanted almost 600 dollars to replace the door latch assembly in my Ford Edge. I thought to myself there had to be a better way and something cheaper out there to fix this, since this is a known issue for these cars. I called up Mcfalls and spoke with Jim. He had me bring it up, told him my delima about how Lasco Ford was trying to over charge me for fixing it. Mcfalls had it for 2 days, and it's like new again. And all for onl... read more
