We strongly recommend that you not only choose Karl as your estate agent, but that you also trust his suggestions; as he has your best interests in mind. He was able to negotiate unbelievably great contract (far below market value) and further concessions from the seller, and had a strategy that stretched from our initial offer to concessions following the home inspection.
