I h ave been going to McDonnell's for the past seven years, ,always in the past i have problems with other companies not being able to get my units adjusted right. the units always sounded muffled or tinny.Dr Hoffmeyer has been able to fit me with a perfect set that has been exactly what i need. I am 88 so it is difficult to meet my needs. I highly recomend Dr Hoffmeyer to anyone with exceptional hearing problems.

Dr. Shelby Hoffmeyer in the Pensacola office has always been there to meet all of my needs. She always gives good explanations of her work to help with my hearing loss. When a tube breaks off the hearing aid she can replace it quickly while I wait. She and her assistant Kelly are always pleasant to work with.
Couldn't believe the excellent service and consultation I received from Dr Hoffmeyer during my second visit. Again, she superbly answered all my question and provided another excellent second recommendation for my first set of hearing aids! Actually, they worked so much better addressing both my hearing loss and dehiscence problem which is very difficult to do!
