I was always treated very well and the store has high quality inventory. Good family business with roots in the community
Today while shopping at McDonnell's I watched as an employee opened the screen door of a chicken coop where they have chickens for sale and kick a rooster hard at least 4 times and only quit when I ask him if he thought kicking the rooster would stop the rooster from crowing.The employee had been complaining about the rooster crowing every 5 minutes.There was no where the rooster could run to get away from the kicking. Needless to say I left the flowers I was going to buy and will no longer shop there.

Do not buy your horse feed from here. They are infested with weevil bugs. Hundreds in and out of the bags. Then Jeff told me that it was okay to feed my horses feed with the bugs in them! I told him no way and he said that’s fine do not buy from us again. They are rude and do not know the first thing about horse feed!

I am a huge supporter of Keller businesses and I try to shop local as much as possible, but I will not be returning to McDonnell! A young mom, 3 year old daughter in tow, was making a return and the owner Mark Keel proceeded to berate her to the point of tears. As I stood there in line to make my weekly dog food purchase I just couldn’t do it.
