I just waited 20 minutes to get our food!!! When you have a 3 and 4 year old who's hungry and they have to wait this long!!!! I thought this was fast food!!!
Every time I go to this Mcdonalds anymore they are rude and make you feel like ur a bourdon ordering. This Mcdonalds changes employees everytime I turn around. My order is 90% wrong half the time. Today I ordered a smoothie for my grandson and it was 75% full. I asked the girl so ur not filling them up anymore and in a snide remark she said it's always been like that. I thought to myself no it has not buy whatever. They need to step up the plate on their employees. Sick of the poor customer service.
I visited on 5/826 and got food poisoning from the Mcwrap. It wasn't very good so I only ate a little bit of it. The cokes tasted funny and the cashier said that something is wrong with the water line. Service was bad.
Since they sold these McDonald's in brevard county, they are terrible, very dirty/really bad managers / rude staff, I could go on and on. You can tell there are no systems in place or standards, that are being followed up. Today was my last to visit any of these units.
It was good. Good coffee, nice service. Clean toilet.
