Can you tell me how a multi billion dollar corporation can never fix their ice cream machine?? I’ve gone here just for principle the last 3 days and they told me the ice cream machine was broken even though my friend got ice cream earlier. Annoying af because this is one of the only places right near my House that I can get ice cream from. Get your store together.
Me and the wife was just there for 1 hour and they got our order all wrong had to get a refund from the rude manager the service is so slow everyone seems like they have the day off or first day on the job this is a big circus stay away folks
I think they may have ONE competent worker...other than that your order will be wrong EVERY single time, food COLD and old....also it may or may not have mold on it. I don’t know why I even still come here, God bless
Fast, friendly, and efficient. This is how every McDonalds should run. Our food was ready really quick, was hot and fresh. Even as the store got busier they moved like a well oiled machine. Amazing experience this morning.

Where to begin? Why even ask if it’s for here or to go when nearly all of the time they’re just going to put it in a bag anyway? Literally the last 4 out of 5 times I’ve been here that’s exactly what happened. As if that doesn’t piss me off enough, I really don’t need some counter worker asking me why I need a fork. Why the hell do you think I want a fork? I also don’t need the prostitute like up-sell when I say small drink. I’m old enough to decide what size drink I want.
