Waited in line for 15 minutes to tell us simply “no ice cream” once we got to the speaker. Just in those words. Nothing else. How does a place like McDonald’s never have their ice cream machines working and then horrible service on top of it. Awful experience.

Most McDonald’s workers don’t have access to paid sick or family and medical leave. As a consumer and customer, I’m deeply concerned about the safety of workers, their families, and our communities. they call the police on people whenever they get asked to remake a sandwich as a member of the BLM movement I find these actions to be unacceptable and because of my previous experience with Brevard sheriff's department I can unequivocally say it is no longer safe for me or any of my family members to return to this location and I will definitely be telling everyone in my immediate vicinity to be careful when at this location and consider also not patronizing this establishment

Flew in from Philly, staying at hotel across street. Dining area closed at 11, at 1115, tried to use curbside app, wouldn’t let me. Walked up to drive through window and was told they wouldn’t serve me because I didn’t have car. So much for customer service!

make sure you have the proper ingredients. I had to wait in line for 10 minutes to order a milkshake just to find out that they didn't have no chocolate to make it. after spending about 10 more minutes waiting.thanks for wasting my time. wasn't even offered anything for my time

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. No fault of the staff, they seemed to be doing the best they could with what they had. Management seemed absent or incompetent. Overall lack of efficiency seemed the biggest problem. Long lines, long wait, poor food quality, inaccurate ordering, no ketchup available in the dinning room, out of straws, soda machine, ice dispenser not working, cleanliness was an obvious issue. Avoid at all cost and visit at your peril.
