I'm lovin' it. The golden arches are always a solid
This is a busy McDonald's. There is almost always a line in the drive thru. Some of this is because of the small property situation, but some of it seems to me a management/systems issue. There's an inconsistency in the customer experience and wait times. Sometimes after a long wait, with many cars behind me, I'll get to the window and see employees "chatting" and/or doing non-essential tasks, while others are making excuses and apologizing for the wait.
