The employees working night shift (10/29/25) deserve a raise for hooking me up with this cookies + ice cream combo for free! The nicest staff too, I have interacted with them before and they are extremely polite. I never leave a review but they deserve it!
Management needs to be reviewed! In my three visits the food was luke warm. The buns are hard and old. There preparation looks like a two year old put it together. What happened to taking pride in your job.and what happened to customer service? Corporate has no issues raising prices. And they have shown they will hire anyone off the streets to serve there food. So the service was okay. People seemed nice as well. I have two problems with this establishment. First of all I brought my family and was expecting an inviting atmosphere. Instead I had to endure the most awkward and scary meal of my life. A young man decided to sit next to us and stare at me and my family disturbingly. He asked us if we study at the library multiple times and even called my youngest child unemployable due to their dream of being an astronaut.
