Typical McDonald's
I stopped by during my lunch break and I loved my experience. Jeneine Harris took my order and her customer service was impeccable. She was very nice when I placed my order and she made sure to make recommendations. She’s awesome.
Line was wrapped around building don’t take orders right and asks for whole order at window again barely have any drinks options on top of the sodas being flat staff has no respect and has the iq of my 3 year old son honestly your better off going to the store getting food and cooking it and you’ll probably be done by the time you get your food and it would be better I know it’s McDonalds and what can you expect but by far the worst fast food/mcdonalds experiences I’ve had here at the highland park Birmingham location
Orders online, dinning room was close after it let me order as if it was open. Had to wait in the rain at the window only to be told ther dinning room was closed even though the app says other wise and took my money
Not enough staff. Incredible long waiting time. 9/10 items are missing.
