I know this review probably won’t be read or make any difference to anyone but me, but I’m really upset and need to say something. I went into your restaurant today and had one of the most humiliating experiences I’ve ever had. While I was waiting for my food, a group of your employees began laughing, pointing at me, and calling me fat. The only positive thing about this franchise was that my food was fresh. Other than that, customer service was crap. Almost every table in the dining room was filthy. Bathroom was disgusting. They were out of straws in the dining room and I asked what I assumed was the shift manager for one and I was ignored because she thought I was wanting to order.
