Horrible customer service from all staff through mobile order. Did a mobile order to pick up through drive through at 10:20a. App said order was ready. Arrived in 7 minutes and was told at Drive Thru breakfast was over and my order hadn’t been prepared. Was then told a million and one reasons why the order couldn’t be completed and my food given after I already wasted a trip. 1 Star – I called this McDonald’s on Sunday, April 27th around 11:30 AM about an issue with my order. Ms. Toya told me over the phone that I could come in and get a free medium chocolate milkshake since the last one I received was basically just syrup. Not blended at all just straight syrup sitting in the cup. When I showed up, the cashier looked confused, went to ask the manager, and then came back saying, “She don’t work here anymore.” Like what?
