It’s the worst maintained McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. Incredible that the owners are just okay with awful service and cold food.
Long long wait. At least a 20 minute wait. Then they brought out the wrong food. The food they brought out next was not made right but we were already on the road and didn't turn back.
Have all McDonald's gotten this bad. No one at the counter, rang the bell, nobody came. Gave up and just took a booth and worked on my laptop. This is NOT the first or only time this has happened. This is a really bad example of McDonald's. I won't go back!
I took my 3 year old and newborn through the drive thru for a quick meal on our way to our destination. We sat in line for a solid 15 minutes, then were told our food wouldn’t be ready for a while longer at the window. We sat in the drive thru waiting area for another 10 minutes (at this point my newborn was hungry and crying) and they finally brought out a bag.
