Asked for a cup of ice and the lady at the windows was very rude and changed me for a large coke price instead of a large cup of ice. Just very rude in the window at 1025 am on 4.20.26. It was almost 3 dollars for a cup of ice. Lady working the 2nd window could of been nice and not a rude women cause she seem like she didnt want to have her job smh.

I’ve never had such a frustrating experience at a McDonald’s location. This was hands down the worst service I’ve ever received. We placed a mobile order for drive-thru pickup, and from the start, everything was wrong. We were given the wrong size frappe, had to send it back, and instead of fixing the situation professionally, staff got an attitude and asked why we were still sitting there — maybe because our order STILL wasn’t complete? I wish i knew her name but she a manager with red hair. Shes AWESOME! Anytime she is running the shift food is always fresh store is clean employess are respectful. Phenomenal hospitality. KEEP HER!! Actually she needs a raise 👌🏿
