I went to this McDonald’s today hoping that we would get our food in less than 15 minutes, we ended up waiting 40 minutes for our food and they still missed 5 of our drinks. The service was absolutely terrible, one of the workers was wearing an AirPod while talking and was doing his job very improperly, the same worker was using his phone while making the fries! Not only did it take forever for us to get our food, we left without our complete order, y’all have to look into this and get these workers in check or get a replace... read more
725am and dine in doors locked. Spent my money elsewhere! Both McDonalds in Brenham are worst ever!
Bunch of ignorant employees. No one even knows what’s going on. I had a McFlurry have to be remade twice and they still couldn’t get it right. Also don’t have an employee working the register if they can’t even speak English. Waste of time and money
We have waited for 30 minutes and when we got our food everything was room temp and they got our order wrong to top it all off
