They first charge you, I did use the points on the app…. And then they told me they do not have frappes available…. Really….. they give me another drink, which I didnt want to and didnt get my koney back…. STAY AWAY FROM HERE
When ordering online just select to pick up in store because the drive thru is a joke.

I went to this McDonald’s today hoping that we would get our food in less than 15 minutes, we ended up waiting 40 minutes for our food and they still missed 5 of our drinks. The service was absolutely terrible, one of the workers was wearing an AirPod while talking and was doing his job very improperly, the same worker was using his phone while making the fries! Not only did it take forever for us to get our food, we left without our complete order, y’all have to look into this and get these workers in check or get a replace... read more
725am and dine in doors locked. Spent my money elsewhere! Both McDonalds in Brenham are worst ever!
