I waited for 15 minutes.... no big deal. Was told to pull up waited another 5. The young women who brought my food threw it in the window and turned around.
Food is dry and cold. Service was good. Atmosphere is alright.
Traveling with family, to visit relatives in Brenham , and decided to stop at McDonald's. Didn't stay, bad customer service , no employees to gives service, expected to use computer app. Also restaurant was dirty , priorities in applying the urgency to have a clean restaurant seems of no importance. If you want to order delivery don’t this store is god awful and as you can see I ordered the regular gold mcchicken and got the deluxe which unfortunately had to be tossed due to a severe allergy so if you have issues like allergies STAY FAR AWAY from this store in particular they are blantant and disregard the tickets and do whatever they want to. If you want sauce too bad they rather screw on their phones that do their jobs and yes ask any delivery person it’s all the same response, this store should be shut down or reform... read more
