I’ve given this McDonald’s location more than enough chances, but every single time especially during night hours there is always an issue. Whether I order online or in person, I can never count on getting my food made correctly. The burgers are often undercooked or just sloppily thrown together, and the fries are consistently cold and stale. Most of the problems start after 9 PM. That little lady with the glasses (and I’m being polite) that you all have managing or supervising… Please stop every time she’s working the staff and her is a joke and think everything is a joke. 2 encounters with her the first one I let slide. She’s rude and allows the staff to play on the intercoms and she’s just as rude acting as if she’s their age. Drive-thru moved very fast, service was friendly, and the food was great!
On this particular night, around 8:30 pm I went through the drive thru with a friend of mine. The customer service was so pleasant!! We were pleasantly surprised and are very happy with the staff. The food was also fresh and our order was correct. 10/10 experience. Props to the staff that were working at the time
