Needs better management. The lobby shouldn't be locked in the middle of the afternoon.And you see me waiting 10 minutes in the drive.Especially people on the inside , just standing around doing nothing.
Why is this McDonald's still in business? How is this location still open? Fire every employee and start over. Good management and customer service is key. I don't care where you're located. If you charge the same amount as you do in nicer neighborhoods, then I expect the same standards. Stop allowing poor management and bad/lazy employees run these franchises into the ground. Could not walk inside to order, doors locked and unreal line at the drive thru. Turned around and left this dump.
