Absolutely terrible customer service. The staff had a horrible attitude and acted like customers were bothering them. No respect, no professionalism, and honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at McDonald’s. If you don’t want to deal with customers, don’t work in customer service. Management seriously needs to train the staff better. Very disappointing and definitely not coming back.
Would rate a 0 if I could the food was gross more gross then normal. And the the counter next to the kitchen smells like urine and feces.. it smells like a bathroom. In there this place needs to be inspected and probably shutdown.
Bree should really have her own McDonald’s! 10/10 service! Couldn’t ask for better!
