Walked in and stood at the counter, only person here. Another person walks up to collect doordash and an employee finally asks what I need, only to walk away after I say I'm putting in an order. Get another employees attention just for the first person to tell her to take care of something else instead. You ask what I need, I tell you to put in my order, you walk away and don't do anything? This McDonald's is way too slow
Staff does not interact with customers.
Food lately has been cold, even when going through drive thru, burgers have unmelted cheese and taste dry and hard as if they've been sitting out for awhile. Frozen Fantas are NEVER available. But the last straw was tonight when we ordered through UberEats. The ENTIRE first part of our order was missing. I called UberEats and the driver said she delivered what McDonald's gave her, which means that they only gave her half of our order.
