Very rude
Placed a mobile order on Christmas Day around 9:00 a.m and got charged and sent my confirmation and mobile order number. Went to their location and sat in the drive through line behind several other cars. After about 10 minutes or more we all realized that they weren’t even open. Why would they take my mobile order if they were closed? Usually the mobile app will let you know when they are closed.
