This store packed and order, stapled the wrong receipt to the bag, and sent it off for delivery through the McDelivery service. $45 order wrongly sent out, and now the customer service refuses to refund the money. Absolutely horrible practices. Billion dollar corporation and can't even be bothered to make sure the food is sent out right.
The manager Johnny is always super positive and friendly. He always asks me how my meal is and makes sure that I have a great experience. I haven’t seen him this week, but it seems that I’ve gotten the same great customer service even without him being there. That is the sign of great management!
Updated my review and gave the same 5 star. This location is clean, and really good service/ staff is also great. Food was well made and quick through drive through
