Appreciate the manager's support on a order error. The food was also fresh; one of the better mcdonalds around
At mid night the drive thru line was 15-20 mins, finally when I reached the window they didn’t know what was my order and asked me to wait in the parking.. waited 10 mins and when I had to go to ask my order. They handed me my order without an apology. Is it worth spending almost 30 mins for a burger? Absolutely terrible management of time and customer service.
They were fast and professional. But the coffee they gave me was boiling hot.
Food was ok, clearly had been prepared earlier and was sitting for a while.
