This place needs to be closed one of the worst McDonald's around. Use the mobile app an still wait for close to an hour to get food then is cold an wrong. I really can understand why people even go there anymore. Someone in upper management need to do something about this place. Thy are rude an not friendly at all you go in there get treated like a plane piece of crap. Me personally won't shop at maysville McDonald's.
I remember when McDonald's had the best French fries. You could count on it. Now it's a hit or miss. If there's a short line in the drive-thru, chances are the kitchen isn't backed up. Good chance the fries are fresh and hot. No one in line? Chances are the fries were hot 15 minutes ago. Good luck with this one. Long scary line around the block? Head home. Call Pizza Hut. They have great french fries.
Coffee was terrible. Only McDonald's I have wver been in with very weak, room temperature coffee. ☹️
