I came in today around lunch change-over and was really disappointed. All I ordered was nuggets and fries, I asked for the fries to be cooked to order (fresh) and the nuggets well done, I have come to this location 4 previous times and ordered nuggets well done and not a SINGLE time have they done it right, including today I had to ask for them to be redone and my fries were cold. Great food great service.
We went on a Sunday around 4:30pm. Flies were really bad throughout the whole place. Tables were dirty and the floors. Ordered tableside service and sat waiting for it for 20 minutes before I realized it had been sitting on the counter with flies swarming it along with several other orders. It looked like at least 10 people walking around behind the counter and none of the customers could catch their attention so they were fingering through all the food sitting on the counter looking for their order.
