I always order a curbside order. I’m always on the go so I go there with the expectation that my order will be delivered to me rather quickly. Last time I went, my caramel frappes took 15 minutes to get to me. And by the time they did, it was obvious that someone made them, set them to the side and couldn’t care less if I got them or not. I know it’s busy but come on guys…do better!!! I ended up going in the store after 15 minutes and asking I they were done.
