I don’t know if the woman who brought me my food was the manager, but customer service was 5 stars!!!
Unfortunately, I have had multiple negative interactions with their staff over the years and just recently, and then there are days it's positive. It's a hit or miss. I have experienced going to their drive-thru at 7:30am on a weekday and they tell me that they are not accepting orders or through their app. But recently I have gone through their drive-thru in the morning and it was a positive experience. I like going to this McDonald's because the General Manager is also helpful and polite. The people who work there are very respectful.
