Staff here have the worst attitude. I asked for fresh food got cold fries. When I asked for them to be fresh an employee snatched the fries out my hand and threw it back into the basket. Dropped it into the oil for a few seconds. And then gave it back to me. Then refused to get he manager. Smh

I always have a problem when I get my food delivered it’s ridiculous. The other day I witnessed an assault on a minor worker and the staff refused to call the police on that customer because they said the police take too long to show up. She also followed another male worker into the bathroom and verbally attacked him and another worker.

This McDonald’s on Torresdale Ave is consistently a problem. Every time I order an Iced French Vanilla Coffee through DoorDash, it’s made incorrectly — no caramel syrup, no whipped cream, no espresso shot. I even brought one back today and the manager was extremely rude, offered no apology, and refused to replace it, saying I had to go through DoorDash. Once again I paid for a item and I get home and it's not there. This is a recurring problem. I am done. My kids will have to pick somewhere else to get food from.
