Not good experience some manager are not professional at all with customer and rude taking orders and what make me angry its they take my rewards order and they whisper about customers besides a notice that they take advantage of young worker putting them to overwork that sad 😟

Lobby service was awful the lobby was full of customers all employees are behind a wall and never come out, customers had to lien over the counter to yell for service But thier sign says “ need help ask a crew member” when the employee was calling out the order number they don’t make eye contact to avoid being ask for additional assistance this made every order take longer because we still had to ask for the drink cups Obviously every order was a combo meal which the cups aren’t at the kiosk or a crew member to ask. Customer service is HORRIBLE ! Starting with the manager to the young kids that work there. MCDONALD'S GIVE THIS PEOPLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING CLASSES!
