A lady, possibly a manager was talking rudely to a woman elderly lady who was working there. And didn’t provide much of any help to the older lady. The other workers were making but t she was rude
The tea was unsweet when we said sweet tea There is no cheese on the hamburger when we said cheeseburger And the quarter pounder was supposed to be plain, and it was not plain
Everytime I come to this location I’m met with passive aggression and nasty attitudes, who is their store manager or gm? Because that’s totally unacceptable and just because their employees are having a bad day they don’t need to take it out on their customers, not only that but they take forever for any little thing. If I can describe this McDonald’s location in one word it would be pathetic.
Angel I believe is her name taking the orders through drive thru was awesome today. She has darker skin and green or blue eyes .. sh was really nice!! Thank you!!
Fiance went to pickup our already placed order from app. Manager said they wouldnt make it because they were closed even though google, app, and website states its a 24 hour store. At least update your information. 24+ hours for a refund as well, so couldnt even order somewhere else.
