I placed an online order for my brother to pick up after school so he can eat. It’s ordered, it’s paid for. You can’t complete and online order without paying for it. He goes to get the food and a girl (IDK her name) stops him and tells him it’s not paid for. He shows her the order receipt. She says it’s not paid for. My experience at this McDonald's is terrible off of Tennyson in Hayward.
Just visited McDonald’s and had a great experience! The service was fast, the staff was friendly, and my order was fresh and hot. The fries were crispy and delicious as always. Perfect spot for a quick, satisfying meal. Definitely coming back!
