To Whom It May Concern, I hope this message reaches the owner or upper management of this McDonald’s location, as what happened today was both alarming and concerning. Approximately 10–15 minutes before arriving, we called the store. The woman who answered was very kind and provided helpful information, including the toy promotion currently running.
