Went through the drive-thru with my mom to order an iced coffee and gave them my EBT card. They said what's your PIN number. I immediately got angry said no give me my card back and then my mom drove and parked so I could go inside to tell the manager. I spoke to the manager and he gave the same lame excuse that the drive-thru employee gave which was we can't put the ebt card machine out the window because people break the EBT machine and the cords not long enough.
