Lobbies all over are closed. So you'd think food quality would go up... nope everything cold. Fries were room temp. Sorry not acceptable. And since it's drive thru not pulling back in and starting that process over... if lobby stays closed I'm done with them and the mediocre food quality that's super difficult to return..... staff was friendly.
My spicy burger wasn't crispy. It looked microwaved or left out a long time ago and dried.
Wow McDonald's your reply to my complaint made all difference. Fyi Arby's roast beef 4 for 10. Quarter pounder w/ cheese deluxe (lettuce tomato pickles) meal (cold fries at noon) 4 chicken strips 19.95. !!!!!???? I could have went to red lobster for less then that.
